The Clinical Lead will:
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Work 40 hours per week with alternate weekends.
- 2 days as supernumerary 9-5 & 2 days working on the units 12 hour shifts
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families to build strong relationships.
- Ensure excellent quality outcomes for residents.
- Hold an active NMC pin.
